During this golden autumn season, through campus recruitment platform, excellent graduates from Jining college who are major in marketing and international trade are officially recruited in Shandong China Coal Group on the morning of October 12th. Fu Haitao, Group human resources director, and other leaders welcomed the arrival of excellent graduates personally, and gave them a warm welcome.
At 9 am, Group bus carried youths into new industrial park. Mr.Fu introduced general information of new industrial park, such as 230 million costs and new industrial park covering an area of more than 60 acres. In the future, new industrial park would work as electronic business bases of accounting, software research and development base,the world's leading intelligent industrial equipment manufacturing base and national large logistics warehousing plants. Graduates visited the E-commerce Companies, the Cross-border E-commerce Company, the Network & Information Company, the Software&Technology Company and Intelligent equipment manufacturing workshop, Zhongyun logistics center, staff dormitory, staff restaurant and so on. They had known Group's  great achievements in e-commerce trade. By visiting all the work environment, they had more comprehensive understanding of China Coal Group. Graduates talked cheerfully, and they were all full of expectation for future work. 

Mr.Fu said that warmly welcomed everyone to join in the China Coal Family, we would provide a good platform for the development and broad space for development, and I hope all of you could rapidly turn to China Coal workers. New employees said, after joining the family, they must not let leaders down, and would turn care into power, adapt to new roles with high work ethic and positive attitude. They also expressed that they would contribute to the development of China Coal Group!
