3 Cubic Meter Selfloading Concrete Mixer adopts double helix stirring mode,The rotation of the mixing drum is controlled by the hydraulic motor and planetary reducer.The speed of mixing and unloading the material is independent of the engine rotation speed.Another advantages is reversal discharging:the mixing drum can be rotated by hydraulic power to as much as to 300 degress and can speedily discharge the material even 2 meters away from the chassis.The engine is Cummins water cooled diesel engine with 6 cylinders,which laterally placed in the back of whole machine.BOSCH Rexroth drive motor,The pump and motor are connected to the speed reducer through a two speed reducer (work and conversion).4 Wheel Drive, front wheel for steering.Working speed between 0-9 km/h,road transfering speed between 0-20 km/h.The driving cab is positioned on the other side of the bucket,equipped with ROPS-FOPS ceiling and door(anti turning and falling).Hydraulic systerm adopted 3 way control,one variable output pump control hydrostatic transmission and mixing drum rotation,the other 2 gear pumps is for maintance.
