PN mud pump product introduction
PN type mud pump is single stage, single suck, horizontal centrifugal mud pump, this type pump flow components is wear-resistant alloy materials manufacturing. Impeller and guard board clearance can adjust to maintain efficient work. 6 inches below the pump type with threaded connection, impeller 8 inches above pump type from the key link. PN mud pump structure feature

PN mud pump structure using the matters needing attention
(1) The disassembling and assembling according to the assembly diagram.
(2) A pulp inlet pipe should not be anxious brush bending, as far as possible downward sloping (DIP 30 °), easy to exhaust.
(3) Should grasp the running period of regular replacement of spare parts and bearings to prevent accidents.
(4) Into the slurry is too small not to run, so as not to cause vibration and slurry precipitation.
(5) Application of water rinse to prevent clogging the pump is stopped.
(6) The type of pump in addition to 12PN mud export level, others are vertical upward.
