Increasing Rail Gap

Use front clamp 1 and middle clamp 5, rear clamp 8 participate in the work, through the four piston pumps to press hydraulic oil into the double cylinder, the piston 2 stretched out, oblique iron of rear clamp clamped two rails, push the rails to increase the gap, so to achieve the purpose of adjusting rail gap.

Reducing Rail Gap

Use middle clamp 5 and rear clamp 8, front clamp 1 does not participate in the work. Through the four plunger pump hydraulic pressure into the double cylinder, through the four piston pumps to press hydraulic oil into the double cylinder, the piston stretched out, oblique irons of middle clamp 5 and rear clamp 8 clamped two rails by level 6, pull rails to reduce the gap, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting rail gap.

During maintenance, press the lever, pull the wedge along the iron slot for inward movement, wedge tooth surface spacing gradually reduced, the lever and travel wheel installed in the running mechanism down with the linkage mechanism up, the lower part of the clip placed on the top of the rail.

Tighten the oil return control valve (right rotate), shake the joystick (3), piston pump with reciprocating movement to suck hydraulic oil, through the valve seat into the cylinder, when the piston out to 20-40 mm, press the lever of rear wedge seat to make wedge clamps be tight at both sides of the rails

And then continue to press the pump and stops when gap of rail joints gradually increased to required size, left rotate the oil control valve for half round, due to the role of the reset spring, piston rod can be reset. Lift the lever, relax the wedge and then string work completed.
