Conveyor working environment temperature generally is 10 °C ~ +-40 °C, material temperature should not more than 75 °C. Heat resistant rubber belt can convey high temperature material under 120 °C. When temperature is more higher, it is unfavorable to use belt conveyor.
When convey acid alkali or oil substances and organic solvent etc materials, it need use oil resistance, acid and alkali resistant rubber belt or plastic belt. The bandwidth of the belt conveyor have six kinds: 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200 and 1400 mm.
