August 30, 2014, in order to let the employees know the construction of the new Group industrial park better and increase the staff's work motivation, Shandong China Coal Industry&Mining Supplies Group organized more than 80 leading cadres and business backbone to visit the new e-commerce industrial park. The first batch of visitors come from various branches, like  the E-commerce Company, the International Trade Branch, the Information Branch, the Science and Technology Branch. And the employees, on their way to the new industrial park, discussed the construction and surrounding environment of the new park, which showed full of hope for the park.
At 9:30, all of the visitors arrived at the new industrial park. Mr. Feng Zhenying, the Group deputy general manager, at first, introduced the basic information and project planning of the new park.The new E-commerce Industrial Park of Shandong China Coal with a total investment of 330 million yuan and a floor space of 100 acres, would works as the Group base of e-commerce and software development, the world's leading intelligent mining equipment manufacturing base and logistics warehousing base of large equipment for mining industry.  The main part of the new industrial park consists of 11-layer E-commerce building, China Transport Logistics office building, logistics warehousing, high standards of steel-structure workshop, staff canteen, staff lounge, activity room, etc..Later, under the leadership of Mr.Feng, the staffs visited the new industrial park orderly.
At first, the staffs entered into the basically completed China Transport Logistics office building. It's a 3-layer office building with a total area of nearly 2,000 square meters, equipped with modern office,  logistics platform of international standard, intelligent warehouse, high standards of dormitories. And the, what comes into eyes is one under construction steel frame. This is the construction site of the steel-structure workshop, the first phase of the project. The workshop covers an area of more than 8,000 square meters, and being equipped with working area, intelligent warehouse, control room, dressing room, staff lounge and bathroom, which means it will be built into a steel-structure plant that meets international standardization. In the opposite of the steel plant, it is the under construction China Coal e-commerce industry building. It is an 11-layer office building that covers an area of 14,000 square meters, which can accommodate 2,000 people. Aims at building the world most advanced e-commerce platform, the office building is equipped with the world-leading e-commerce platform with full equipment which can real fulfill a series of functions, like, information release, electronic orders, online trading, online payment&settlement, logistics and distribution services, messaging platform services, financial management, corporate personnel administration, enterprise collaboration, etc.. At last, the staffs visited the staff canteen, a 3-layer building that covers an area of 3,500 square meters and being equipped with standardized free restaurant, features small restaurant, convenient store, high standards of staff quarters, staff clinic, activity lounge, bathroom, etc.  And all of these can be expected to be used by the end of September. Good working environment, convenient accommodation, free high standard restaurant, full recreational facilities, etc. all of these show that China Coal leaderships always keep in mind the worker's demand, think from the perspective of employees to build a large warm homestead. And this is also a reflection of the China Coal hunane care for all employees.

The employees witnessed the construction of the new industrial park through this visit, and had a understanding of the Group's development and growth, and the Group concept that "People-oriented, Harmonious development". Encouraged by the splendid future of the Group, the staff expressed that they will regard China Coal as home, love her,construct her, loyal to her, create benefit with high work enthusiasm, change leaders' care into power to contribute their own strength to build China Coal into an intelligent logistics group, an information industry group, an international trade B2B e-commerce platform with international competitiveness and a world-leading high-end equipment manufacturing base.
