1. Installation: Install the ground foundation of the ball machine, the unevenness is not more than 1/1000, and tighten the anchor nut after the machine is firmly fixed on the foundation.
2. Commissioning: After the ball-making machine is fixed, fill the gearbox, the bearing housing and all the rotating parts with grease and oil before use, and then test the electricity. Before starting the car, check whether there is any foreign matter blocking around the machine and around the turntable. Check that all the bolts are tightly connected. Wait until everything is normal and drive. After one hour of test operation, check whether the temperature rise of the motor, reducer and bearing housing is normal, whether there is any noise, and the temperature rise of the motor, reducer and bearing housing should not exceed 70°.
3. Use steps
(1) Adjust the blade stirring mechanism, the gap between the blade and the bottom of the plate is generally 5-10mm, and the locking bolt is tightened after adjustment;
(2) Adding materials, generally limited to the material does not overflow the pelletizing disk;
(3) Open the sprinkler valve to humidify the material, and the degree of humidification is related to the nature of the material and the rotational speed of the disc;
(4) When the size of the discharge and the ball have reached the required level, stop and discharge.
4. Security
(1) It is strictly forbidden to touch and operate around the ball plate when the machine is running;
(2) When the blade stirring mechanism is adjusted, it must be stopped. The gears, belts and all rotating parts are strictly prohibited from stacking goods or hand-held and substituting. The wiring should be safe and reliable, and the machine should have a grounding wire.
