The "smart city" is difficult to implement

Dou Linping said: "China began to promote the construction of multifunctional poles from 2013. The so-called multifunctional poles are similar to smart phones, and many functions beyond lighting are loaded onto the poles, including traffic monitoring, security monitoring, and information screens. WIFI, weather plus charging piles, etc."

It is true that there are street lights for all roads and courtyards for small communities. All functions are loaded on these light poles and ultimately play a key role in data collection in the entire city.

Dou Linping mentioned that "our street lights are currently being piloted throughout the city."

The implementation of PPP mode makes the landscape lighting maintenance business change from passive to active

PPP is the government to purchase services. At present, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has introduced construction, management, and sample separation. The “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” also refers to the drawbacks of the domestic management system. All previous construction, management, and maintenance have been attributed to the government, and the future construction and management has returned. The government, the conservation of which is a third party, is in fact very consistent with the current PPP model. Not only our lighting, but also maintenance problems in many other areas. Because lighting brings people visual aesthetics, it is a long-term conservation process.

Obviously, after the completion of the urban landscape lighting project by a third party, the engineering company or manufacturing enterprise can no longer rely on the weather in the future development process.

Internet of Things will accelerate the landing of "smart city"
