In order to solemnly celebrated the 66th anniversary of our motherland birthday and summarize the functional departments’work between January to August in 2015 ,on the morning of September 29th,Shandong China Coal Group held a conference in the auditorium in the new technology industrial park to celebrate the 66th anniversary of National Day.
At 8 o'clock in the morning,we first held a solemn flag-raising ceremony.With the magnificent "volunteer march"  sounded in the air, the national flag and China Coal flag slowly rising ,and it adds a divine color to the blue sky.All our group employees under the leadership of the Deputy General Manager Feng Zhenying,wearing starched tooling,standing in neatly queues,looked at the national flag, saluted the bright Five-Starred Red Flag and saluted the China Coal Group flag! The determined look expressed the staff’s loyalty and love to our motherland and Group!
At 9 o'clock,Group leaders and all staff officially got into the the auditorium of China Coal Group.The host Wan Na grandly announced that the conference to celebrate the 66th anniversary of National Day officially began, all people stood and play the China's national anthem .
At first, the Deputy General Manager Han Yong made the Group's overall management work summary report to all the participants on behalf of China Coal Group.He said that,2015 for China Coal Group was an extraordinary year ,a landmark year, and in this year all our China Coal men conquered difficulties,explored and innovated, not only made a qualitative leap in the production and management , but also moved into our own new home.In this year,under the brilliant leadership of Group leaders, we have made remarkable achievements on many areas such as e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce, information technology, software development, agricultural high-tech, intelligent equipment, big data and cloud computing, received a number of national and provincial honorary titles and won the provincial and municipal leaders’ highly recognition.This is the result of all our China Coal people's efforts.Mr Han said,new home, new beginning and new hope.The next step,We hope all the staff enhance confidence,resolutely implement the Group great strategic target of “544321”,  and make a positive contribution on achieving “Hundreds millionaires, gathering ten million, making billions China Coal ”!

Then,the Deputy General Manager Li Zhenbo made the Group's e-commerce summary report to the participants.Mr Li first reviewed the development process of China Coal Group E-commerce team.At the beginning,there were only 8 people in the team, after 7 years of development and growth, now we has the five e-commerce companies and more than 400 people.He said,our e-commerce team went up to now with strong perseverance and absolute strength, came to the forefront of e-commerce development in the country, and became a leader in the province's e-commerce development. We could not get the present achievement without the correct leadership of the senior leaders and the hard work of cadres and staff who struggle in the production line. Manager Li said,  we should sum up experience, make persistent efforts, insist on innovation and breakthrough , make the push in the last four months.We are confident to overfulfill  the objectives and tasks in 2015, to realize the new breakthrough in the development of electronic commerce, and to meet new opportunities and challenges!

Next, the No.1 E-commerce Company Deputy General Manager Yu Cui, No.2 E-commerce Company Deputy General Manager Xu Xu, No.3 E-commerce Company Deputy General Manager Zhang Zhenguo, No.4 E-commerce Company Deputy General Manager Yan Ting, International Trade Company Deputy General Manager Gao Wenlei and Tian Cong, Technology Company project manager Zhao Yan, Information Company business backbone representative Li Chuanshu, Logistics Company representative Rong Bei, Office Director Guan Chenghui, Human Resources Department Competent Fu Haitao, Financial Section Chief Yang Qingqing, Approval Center representative Wang Deli, new employee cadres representative Li Peng, Chen Dandan, old employees representative Shi Juan, and new employees representative Ma Yahui, students representative Kong Qi, Engineers representative Niu Ben, and Jining College graduates representative Jiang Shengkai, and Jining career technology college graduates representative million for for, and Shandong Polytechnic career college graduates representative, and finance section reserve cadres Zhu Zhigang and more representative reported work and gave speech one after another.
Finally, General Qu made an important speech. General Qu said, I gave you the promise two years ago, China Coal would has its own industrial park,  office building, staff quarters and a spacious cafeteria  in the future, and now the promise was fullfilled. Now I would like to tell you a few promises: 1, production line workers get a salary raise next year! 2, achieve policy of excellent employees paid vocation next year! 3, anyone with abilaty can join in the leadership of the Group! General Qu`s voice just fall down, employees burst into thunderous applause and cheers! General Qu`s a short 2-minute speech, simple but powerful, each word came to the hearts of the masses of workers, sentences related to the immediate interests of employees, once again showed the humane care of group leadership for all employees! Employees expressed to make China Coal Group as home, be loyal to China Coal, construct China Coal, make contribution to China Coal, work hard and create benefit with strong working passion, make the greatest contribution to China Coal`s brilliant tomorrow!
General Assembly ended in majestic National Anthem, Shandong China Coal Group celebrating 66 annual general meeting achieved complete success!
