February 14, 2015, "Topping-out" Ceremony of  the main body of China Coal Group e-commerce technology industry building was held in the new e-commerce industrial park base, which marks that the e-commerce technology industry building project will be fully transferred to next phase, like, the curtain wall construction and refined decoration. Some leaders attended the "topping-out" ceremony, such as chairman Ai, technical personnel, construction personnel, and supervision unit of Shandong Shengda Construction Group, and leaderships of China Coal , like, Qu Qing, the Group chairman, Han Yong, the deputy general manager, and Li Zhenbo, Fan Peigong, Sun Shijun, Li Zhaopeng, the vice president and some other e-commerce company leaders.
10:56 am,  "Topping-out" Ceremony  began in a happy and peaceful circumstance. And the last concrete pouring of the building, as we all expected,  is completed, which means that the construction of the e-commerce technology industry building project is progressing smoothly. About the construction of E-commerce Technology Industry Building, Shandong China Coal selected Shandong Shengda Construction Group as the construction unit. Shandong Shengda Construction Group is a powerful company, with the first class state qualification of house architectural engineering construction primary contracting and first class qualification of decoration contracting. And at the ceremony, chairman Ai of Shengda Group delivered a speech. At first, he expressed his thanks to China Coal for being trusted by such a strong company. Then he promised that they attached great importance to the project of China Coal Group, and with creating fine quality project as the goal, they carried out the project in strict accordance with the high standards of construction process so as to strive to obtain  "Tarzan Cups", the highest engineering quality award in Shandong Province.
In response, Mr. Qu, chairman of China Coal Group expressed that the powerful Shengda Group, with creating fine quality project as the strategy, has created a large number of high-quality engineering.
