November 25, 2014, leaderships of Shandong Vocational College of Foreign Affairs Translation, such as Sun Tongyu, Jinan campus employment office director , Liu Wenming, Weihai campus employment office director, and Liu Zhaocheng,  Jinan campus employment office section chief, visited Shandong China Coal Industry&Mining Supplies Group to have a negotiation on school-enterprise cooperation and the establishment of a close long-term strategic partnership. Group leaders, like, Fan Peigong, Sun Shijun,  the vice-president, warmly received the inspection group.
The leaders, at first, visited China Coal E-commerce Industry Base, which is under construction and had a preliminary understanding of the future development plan of China Coal. Then, they visited the Group Machinery Company, E-commerce Company, the International Trade E-commerce Company, the Network&Information Company, the Software&Technology Company and had a detailed understanding of the achievements we have made on e-commerce, international trade and enterprise information construction after watching the TV special promo. The school leaders highly praised the outstanding achievements China Coal has made through e-commerce, a new business model. They showed that, in the aspect of e-commerce, international trade and informatization construction, Shandong China Coal walks in the forefront of the city. So they hoped to better achieve the two-way interaction of college graduates and business professionals through school-enterprise cooperation.

In response, Mr.Fan Peigong expressed that, as a leading e-commerce enterprise of southwest, Shandong China Coal has always put talent strategy strategy in the first place, and actively carry out school-enterprise cooperation to attract talents from universities. At present, she has reached school-enterprise cooperation agreement with many colleges, such as Shandong Career Development College, Nanshan College, Jining University and Jining Vocational&Technical College and has provided more than 1,000 jobs for graduates, which truly achieved a win of three parts, individuals, schools and enterprises.
